Citadel paints Ushabti Bone, Sotek Green and Screamer Pink. There are several layers of blue wash and brown wash to simulate wear, dirt and grime. Plus the blue wash helps the screamer pink not look quite so pink. i lighten the Sotek Green gradually by adding drops of white while doing the feathering on the chitin, this time 5 layers of feathering to make a nice gradient towards the edge of each plate.

i wasn't hurrying to finish this... i spent about 6 months on this monstrosity...
